The standards of the General Data Protection Regulation apply from 25 May 2018.
If you place an order with us, you will have to provide your personal details. You have to do that once if you want to order something. We understand that you would like to know why we ask for your personal data and what we do with it.
What we do with your data
We use your data only for the minimum / necessary; purely for administration and processing / sending your order.

your order We have the following information for your order:
– The name, address, place of residence, postcode, telephone number and e-mail address of the orderer.
– Payment details of the order.
– The name, address, zip code, city, (optional telephone number) of the recipient.
– Login details (if you wish to automatically log out of our website).
– IP address.
This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order.
We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the
agreement, namely sending your order. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.
In your account on our webshop we store the following information: your name, address (es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details.
This way you do not have to enter data every time you want to place a new order. Data from previous orders is also kept, so that you can easily find them. You can delete your account yourself, if you no longer want to store your data in our webshop.
Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
All the above data is guaranteed in a secure back-end environment.
We use the services of Hotmail for our regular (business) e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Hotmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
We use payment processor IDEAL that processes certain data internally. Only this party has access to the data necessary for realizing the payment.
Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights.
In principle, in order to prevent misuse, we will send copies / order confirmations of your data only to your e-mail address already known to us. We keep records of completed requests / orders. You will receive all statements / order confirmations of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.
Right of inspection
You always have the right to view the data that we process that relate to or can be traced to your person. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you
a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who hold this data at the e-mail address known to us , stating the category under which we have stored this data.
Right to object and other rights
In such cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of www.Tuinorchidee-webshop.nl. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the processing of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies and / or
copies of data that we process or have processed and then permanently discontinue the processing.
