Every care has been taken in selecting plants contained in this price list. We cannot however accept any responsibility whatsoever for the correctness made by manufacturers for their products. This price list cancels all previous price lists and is subject to amendment at any time without prior notice. Any dimensions, weights and measurement given in this price list are approximate. Prices contained in this catalogue exclude postage and packing, but include V.A.T. Plants will not be despatched until they are dormant, or there is sign of growth at the very beginning of their season. Orders are sent by post as and when the plants are in a suitable condition for planting (normally Autumn or Spring depending on genus). All plants are offered subject to availability. We normally dispatch by Guaranteed Next Day Post within the U.K. or Airsure for orders in Europe.

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £20.00 NETT.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the plants supplied and they are returned, post paid, in “as new” condition within seven days, a full credit/refund of the goods value will be made upon receipt. Advance notification in writing would be appreciated. Defective or damaged goods should be returned to us immediately for inspection and replacement.

We cannot be held responsible for plants which are sent out in their dormant stage and then do not show the following Spring. The loss of a plant over winter will either be down to cultivation problems or pest problems. All our plants are inspected before posting/sale that they are of a strong and healthy condition.

Credit or debit card details will be required at time of ordering, or if paying by cheque, an invoice will be sent with the plants and payment will be expected immediately on receipt, otherwise charges will be incurred. Cheques made payable to “Ratcliffe Orchids Limited”.

Payment should be made in Pounds Sterling only, providing cheques are drawn on a British Bank.
